Cyphomandra abutiloides
Impressive variety with a distinctive smell and small, sweet, orange sweet fruits to eat.
It is also called Brazilian velvet peach and is a perennial plant, but it is not hardy. It is often cultivated as a decorative potted plant. The fruits are about 1.5 cm in size, orange in color, yellow when ripe, and have a sweet-tangy, fruity raspberry/peach taste. The fruits can either be eaten raw or processed into jam.
